Login To Online Banking

New online banking password enhancements are here!

On April 30th we’ve made security enhancements to our online banking login system. These enhancements should not affect members and their existing Personal Access Code (PAC) who had access prior to April 30th. Should you experience any difficulty accessing your account online, please contact your branch for assistance.

Protect your online Personal Access Code (PAC) and change it often.

We strongly recommend that you change your online PAC from time to time. We suggest every 90–120 days. Our online banking system supports a number of different character combinations. Your password must be between 8-15 characters long, and contain at least one alphanumeric character, one number, and one special character ( * - / ? @ # $ % ^ & ) please avoid simple and easy to guess PACs.

2019 Director Election Results: In-branch elections were held March 2-9, 2019 for three positions which will become vacant at our Annual General Meeting on May 8, 2019. Read more.

Important notice to GLOBAL PAYMENT Mastercard® holders. Read more.

2019 Spring Newsletter

Don’t be a victim of cybercrime.

Cybercriminals use a variety of methods to steal personal information for financial gain. They use sophisticated technology to exploit weak systems and send phishing emails impersonating your financial institution. We recommend that members protect themselves with an additional layer of protection by having an antivirus program or firewall installed on their systems to mitigate the threat of cybercriminals gaining access.

Please be aware that we would never send an email requesting you to provide your personal information including your PAC (personal access code) for online banking access. Never click on these links or respond to these requests. If you receive such an email, please notify your branch immediately.
