November 26, 2025: As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the security of your accounts, we have made back-end updates to the Online Banking login page. These changes should not affect members who access Online Banking directly from our home page or through the mobile app. Members who may have bookmarked the previous login page will now need to log in using the Login button on our website’s home page. For your account security, we discourage bookmarking the login authentication page. As part of this upgrade, you may also be prompted to complete 2-Step Verification when signing in. Canada Post Service Disruption
In the event of a postal service disruption, member communications and printed account statements will be delayed until service resumes. eStatements are available anytime through online banking. For assistance, please contact your branch.
