Position Description:
The Member Service Representative function is a very important position in the credit union. Responsible for relationship building and the front-line delivery of products and services, this position plays a highly visible role to our members. The MSR will spend a good portion of their time interacting with members to determine their financial needs while also being responsible for accurately and efficiently processing transactions using automated systems and related electronic equipment. The MSR must also adhere to all security procedures as they pertain to the position.
Qualifications Required:
